My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was ideal, with plenty of taxis available right outside, making it convenient for exploring Dubai's key attractions. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist. However, the room fell short of expectations, with outdated decor and inconsistent cleaning. The dining options were diverse but lacked variety for some preferences.

The hotel offers clean and nice rooms, ideal for a family stay, with a lovely pool area to relax in. However, some amenities like towels and pool chairs need maintenance. The location on Shaikh Zayad Road is bustling and convenient, just steps away from the metro, but credit card issues might arise at the reception desk.

Additionally, there was a loud party that disturbed our sleep, despite multiple calls to reception for nearly two hours with no resolution in sight. On the upside, the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile, and the location was convenient for various activities.

Upon arrival at 18:00, the room was not ready and did not match the app description. However, the room had a clean and quiet ambience, although there was a lingering odor that air freshener couldn't eliminate.
